Anal fissure and cleaning
How does anal fissure gets converted into perianal abscess or fistula,i am having anal fissure but after passing stool i am not cleaning from inside anal hole by putting index finger inside just cleaning it from outside,one ayurvedic doctor asked me to put index finger inside and clean it?

Anal fissure can get converted to abscess followed by fistula. It is due to negligence of treatment of fissure. The fissure is a tear in anal mucosa through which infection can enter and lead to abscess.

No need to do any such thing told by ayurvedic doctor
Jus do sitz bath after defecation daily... nothing ll happen.... avoid constipation..
