Eat foods containing plenty of dietary fibresa and avoid fatty/oily food. Drink plenty of water. Syrup Looz or Cremaffin 3-4 tsf at bedtime will help you soften your stool. Also you can take Isabgol with lukewarm water at bedtime. Also take take lukewarm water in a bowl and sit on it for 10-15 mins half hour before and after passing stool (i.e. Sitz Bath). Avoid straining while passing stool.
