Cause of fissure is hard stools which needs to be treated along with local application of ointment or medicated oils at the anal region. Intake of fruits like papaya, mousambi, gauva, anjeer, draksha helps to soften the stools. Isabgol soaked in fruit juices or milk also helps in it.

For your problem this is due to constipation.
Avoid fatty and spicy food and nonveg also.
Secondly clear the constipation.
Eat fibrous food and vegetables and fruitswith meals.
Avoid long sitting and do light exercise and walking.
