Anal fissure pain
I have been successfully treated for anal fistula one year before,now again i have anal fissure which is causing pain and burning,my question after passing stool in morning do i need to clean inside anal  by putting index finger inside as deeply as possible or just cleaning from outside is enough with water without putting even an inch finger inside?my friend says if u don't clean from inside it can cause abscess or fistula again,and my surgeon said it's ok to clean from outside,i am confused plz help

Clean from outside only Avoid inserting finger inside anus may cause trauma and not much helpful to do it regularly.
