Hello There. I can understand your concern. You could be having a abscess from which pus is coming. fistula is different and abscess is different. Kindly consult a general surgeon in person and get yourself checked out for establishing a proper diagnosis and for further evaluation and management. as of now, apply a t-bact ointment over the area.
