On 25 May 2020 CBC Report was Haemoglobin ~ 15.2 PCV ~ 50.5 RBC~ 5.2 ON 24 March 2018 Report was Haemoglobin ~ 14.8 PCV~ 46 RBC~ 5.2 within 2 years my PCV is 50.5 ( High Hematocrit) Normal range mentioned was 48 Should I be concerned

Hello, High PCV may be due to hemoconcentration which is usually due to dehydration. However it may also be seen in cases of dengue.

Blood reports are within range, usually dehydration in summer is the main cause of slight higher hematocrit If any h/ o smoking, pl check it
