My husband gets angry for everything, a simple question triggers him and he starts yelling. He doesn't realize he is yelling or angry... One time he will be happy and caring but other time he yells scolds and gets physical, even if i cry it doesn't affect him, he uses demeaning words for me and its pushing me into depression.. i feel stuck and want to leave him... 10 years he is like this.. i feel like leaving or ending myself... whom to approach for his anger issue please guide... thank you
