I have anxiety since raising a child alone.Depressed and anger management. I have pushed away everyone and fear that I am not bringing up my child well due to so many challenges.I hit him and scolded him

kindly stop beating and scolding your child for any reason. You might have a lot of challenges and adversities in your life ,but your child is in no way responsible for that. Kindly realize this and you are entirely responsible for your child's happiness and well being. since you are raising him alone who would be there to console him when you beat and scold him. this would adversely affect his development and sociability. Parents are responsible for a child's personality in these formative years.

Stop consuming highly spicy,oily food. avoid non vegetarian food,maida products, fast food. eat more raw fruits and vegetables with much fibre. avoid milk products.

go for a brisk walk in fresh air for a minimum of 20 minutes - 40 minutes. if possible take your boy with you for walking. Play with your boy. you can learn transcendental meditation, yoga and pranayama and you can do this regularly. you can do mild aerobic exercises involving simple movement of your arms and legs. you should frequently perform relaxed deep breathing exercises. I wish you can easily overcome this challenge and make your child happy, good luck

Hey hi.. Well u are doing a difficult job alone. Thts great..! On other hand u hit him thts bad.. scolding is part of teaching him good stuffs.. so its ok.. it is necessary at timeszz Dont think too much.. dont focus on wht others are talking abt.. Look after ur child,,, spend time with ur child,,, listen wht ur child wants to say.. try to keep the child happy.. Children always need mom’s TIME.. than anything else.. Child sees the world through thier mother till they grow up.. all they need is love.. Soo plzzz avoid yelling n hitting the child.. N for anger,,, avoid people who gives u negative wibes or whom u dont like to talk... thts absolutely fine.. Focus on ur HOBBIES it will control ur anger.. Eat healthy food.. sleep on time.. Have fun in life with ur child.. Ur child will love u more.!!
