Anisocoria
I have Anisocoria. Only my left eye pupil is dilated. Unfortunately no doctor I met is aware of the condition and help find out reason. I am having my eyes tested regularly for 10 years now.. Only in 2017 one doctor observed and asked me 100 questions... Its weird that no one ever noticed and there is no idea if it's from birth or recent development. I was asked to consult an neuro ophthalmologist. Could you advise on what should I do

Hello There are many causes of anisocoria like trauma, horner syndrome, adie pupil etc We need to perform few tests like checking both direct and consensual pupillary response, checking accommodation reflex, near response, etc It is very difficult to comment without examining you You must consult local neuroophthalmologist and he will give you the confirmed diagnosis Regards
