My sis suffering from ankilosis spondilosis since 1 year and Dr rheumatologist diagnosed ankilosis spondilosis and drug given but reaction occr so not taken drug but regular exercise is done but last ten days left leg start pain before only right leg and gluteal region pain but right now left also pain what can do sir ...and please tell best treatment

The best treatment for ankylosing spondylitis is Acupuncture with Ayurvedic panchakarma . Allopathy has nothing for it. Steroids are more harmful. Find an experienced and qualified acupuncturist . Best of luck

Hello Dear,
The most effective and best treatment available for ankylosis spondylitis is allopathic and steroids. If however the pain is bearable, she can try homeopathic treatment. Homeopathy is very good for such chronic conditions but the treatment will take some time. The effects however will be permanent.
