I have started gyming from last 2 weeks as my weight is almost 70 kgs. From the last week i am having severe pain in my ankle and toes, it even pains in the resting position. What can be the reason for this, even my toe nails also feels dead as much as I cut them it doesn't pain. How can I get relieved from the pain.

Hi, thanks for ur query.
As u started gym so in starting u will feel pain. To relieve ur ankle and toes pain, put them in hot water for 10-15min and progress slowly for exercises. Befor starting gym do little warm up also.
