My attached MRI report found as Annular tear with diffuse disc bulge at L5 S1 indenting the thecal sac with moderate bilateral neural foramina stenosis. Medicine description also attached.i m taking daily physiotherapy.problen is from 1.5 years.i started medicine now.pls suggest me complete exercises to recover from this.

We can treat it afterwards after Physiotherapy or surgery as there are only two tx modalities for mechanical back pain
