Anti-TPO high level
My wife has hypothyroidism and she takes thyronome 50. So her thyroid levels are normal always like 2 days back test results are T3 2.67, T4 1.46 and TSH 1.002 but we have also done Anti-TPO test in which it was 231. Plz suggest whether we can concieve or plan a baby and will it be harmful for child brain development during pregnancy.

Anti TPO antibodies are the markers of Autoimmune hypothyroidism for which she is on optimal treatment. With current levels of TSH she can conceive though you may need to increase the dose of thyroxin during pregnancy
