My baby is suffering from fever 101. Pls give me some medicine advice for my baby she is suffering from cold also.

Yea give paracetamol but i would advice proper checkup if fever is 101

Paracetamol syrup can be given 5 ml 3 to 4 times as needed,
For child put some saline drops in her nose..
