It is important to use antibiotics only when they are required.Common cold requires no antibiotics. And if they are needed make sure you complete the course as prescribed by the doctor. If any disease that requires antibiotics is not healing then one can suspect resistance and there are tests to check which antibiotics would be the best for the body... Consultation before starting any treatment is extremely important

It's understandable that you're feeling worried, but it's important to take a step back and focus on the right steps moving forward. Antibiotic resistance can develop when antibiotics are not taken as prescribed, but this does not mean every instance of incomplete treatment leads to resistance. Firstly, it's crucial to understand that antibiotics should always be taken for the full prescribed duration, even if you feel better after a few doses. Stopping early can allow some bacteria to survive, potentially leading to resistance. Secondly, if you've used antibiotics for conditions where they may not have been necessary, like a common cold (which is usually viral), it's worth discussing this with your doctor. Not every illness requires antibiotics, and using them unnecessarily can contribute to resistance. I recommend you consult with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation of your current health and to rule out any ongoing infections or resistance issues. It’s also a good idea to avoid antibiotics unless absolutely needed and prescribed. Please feel free to consult me directly for a more detailed evaluation and guidance on managing this concern.

Firstly stop taking antibiotics for little things like common cold. Because recovery usually occurs from them in 3 days. Always take antibiotics from registered medical practitioner. Don't worry nobody dies of antibiotic resistance because every field is evolving.

To help prevent the spread of antibiotic resistance, you can: Wash your hands and shared surfaces with plain soap. Soaps with antibacterial ingredients may contribute to resistance. Take probiotics or eat foods rich in probiotics to help restore the balance of beneficial gut bacteria. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, which can disrupt sleep patterns and exacerbate fatigue.
Next Steps
