Anus itching and yellow mucus discharge
Hello sir, I am 24 year's old. I am suffering from anus itching   since last 1.5 years. During this period of time i saw worms 3 or 4 different times(gap between 3 to 4 months) in my anus area. so I have taken zental 400 after consulting doctors. Last time I saw worms 2 months ago and this time I had taken  Bandy Plus12  tablets for back to back 3 days(after consulting with doctor).Next 3 days it given me lot of relief and I thought problem had gone.But after 3 days same things started again. and after 7 days 1 more bandy plus 12 tablet I had taken. But after then also exact same lot of itchiness in night (sometimes in day also itching), irritation, Whenever stool is hard lot of itchiness in toilet time and daily in     Night time Yellow Mucus discharging from anus area. Whenever Yellow Mucus discharges from anus area itchiness and irritation also increased. I have tried lot of homeopathy doctors also but not much improvement. So sir what to do now please tell.

As you know you have recurrent parasitic infection. Your symptoms indicates  the parasite is Enterobius vermicularis  also known as pinworm. See man you need to fallow some instructions if you really want to get rid of it. You need to fallow want ever i will tell you to prevent auto infection ok.

Maine proper hygiene •Hands should be washed using soap following defecation and prior to eating Prevention of nail biting. fingernails should be kept as short as possible and regularly scrubbed Underwear should be changed daily and washed at temperatures of at least 40 °C Towels and flannels to be used exclusively by the same person Bedclothes should be changed/washed following treatment Daily washing of the anal region with soap particularly in the morning after getting up. Household members and sexual partners should also be treated All those involved should be informed about the clinical picture and modes of transmission
Health Tips
Treatment: Tab Mebendazole 100 mg single dose then repeat every  14 days for a period of 16 week's and every 2 months there after if necessary. Treating all members of a household, as well as sexual partners is advised. Can apply rash care ointment in the anal region for preventing rashes and itching for a week. can take tab citrazine 10 mg at night before sleeping for a week . it will be easy for me to explain and easy for you to understand if you consult. all these things are just a suggestion i have am not prescribing anything to you. consult if possible
