Anus problem
Dr. i have taken antibiotics too much approx 6-8 month contunueslly due to my stomach infetion. after 2 month i have face first time fissure problem i thought its occured due to hard stool and i have taken 10 days treatment but after 2 month this problem have again and i am suffering from this still now. like itching and light pain but feel like a something in anus sometime. no bleeding, no external piles, no itching no pain its occure only irregularlly plz suggest me
