1. Hope your diagnosis doesn't come from the university of Google or Whatsapp, coz that may mislead big time. 2.Hope you are not self medicating. If you are then you are putting yourself at risk. 3. Your problem needs to be understood in detail so try and post details. So that it can be answered appropriately. 4. Direct answer to what you have asked: Think why the heart and mind are saying different things. This gap means there is a conflict within. You want to do something that is either not logical or something that you don't enjoy. Understand the mistake that has happened and own up to it completely. Be humble enough to accept that for yourself and then work towards correcting the mistake. A mistake can be a thing that one does or something that they keep avoiding for some reason. It includes how we see things - our perspective. If you are unable to do this by yourself, then meet a doctor or counsellor of your choice and follow their advice.
