4. Do exercise walk yoga or meditation daily
5. Pick up hobbies
6. Start some DIY activities

9. Visualise the person whom you trust the most like your parents siblings or a friend
Hi, you have given very little information. If you feel this way once in a while it’s ok. In case this is happening three to four times in a week, it needs to be evaluated. Try reflecting what’s going wrong in your life, look for particular behaviours which you can improve within yourself. Read books which help to motivate you and help in self development.
