Anxiety and hallucination
I feel severe anxiety during morning...i started crying with no reason...i hallucinate things which can never happen and after hallucinating i started feeling more anxious..i am a student and want to forget everything about my past problems..they are the reason behind my anxiety actually. Can you please suggest me the best person to visit..shoud i visit a psychiatrist or can hypnotherapy will work on me?

Psychotherapy will work best.
