I've been suffering from anxiety for 2-3 years and it gets worsen in the evening. I tried to meditate but it triggered my anxiety and made it worse. My anxiety is problem is not consistent and I'm also having migraine headache as well. I don't know I kind of feel like empty and lonely someday without any reason. And suicidal thoughts also come to my mind sometimes and actually I tried once to commit suicide but I didn't. I don't understand sometimes I feel depressed too.
