1.Try to differentiate between normal anxiety which we all have versus anxiety as 'a part of disease.' 2. What you need is assessment from psychiatrist. If disease, medicines will help. 3. If its not a part of disease, then you require 2 basic coping skills to follow. One is Time management and other is to Avoid procrastination. This will solve your problem.

I understand that it is not in your control to think a certain way . I also understand that you always try your cent percent in everything you do . Your problems can be symptoms of Anxiety Disorder . Please download Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive scale from net and see if you fulfill some criteria. If yes, then consult a psychiatrist.

Hey See try to understand that work is a part of your life not your whole life so take it like that.. The more u stress the less you achieve efficiently... Whats the point then? Do some breathing exercises and Affirmations writing When you are on work do your 100% after that just forget it... Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online All the best:)

You should work sincerely during your duty hours. After your duty is over you should spend quality time with your family and friends. Take good amount of sleep.
Next Steps
If your anxiety symptoms are restricted to few days (days of more work etc). Then you can use medicine on those particular days like Propranolol or propranolol+clonazepam ( only after consultation with psychiatrist).
