I was prescribed pexep and I feel better different after 3 days. I feel like it has suppressed my feelings. Should I quit the tablet immediately?

I can understand your concern.
No you shouldn't.
You were having depression and now you feel that your feelings have been supressed. What feelings apart from depression did you have in the first place.
And also, its just been 3 days.
Consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
