Anxiety Attack
I've started working in a start-up since 1 month... This is the beginning of my career and I'm happy about it... people around me are also good... But I think I'm getting anxiety attacks... I've googled the symptoms... Some of them match.. Like, Feeling nauseous, my head gets blocked and I can literally feel it... Eyes get blurred... Don't feel myself within my body... I can't think anything or do anything... I don't want this to get to a higher level... Need help !!

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. As I do come from IT background, can understand what you are going through. Actually, you are transitioning your self into a professional life from a student life !! . So it's quite common to have such experience as have to  start owning roles and responsibilities, commitment, schedule, goals, along with work pressure. So any overwhelming thoughts about any such activities could cause anxiety and related behaviors or symptoms. Be positive. You can overcome this by adopting few changes  in you, like following certain self therapies to mange your thoughts, specific excersise, fine tuning lifestyle, dietary etc.
