Anxiety depression fatigue
I have been on 50mg of sertraline for over 8 weeks now due to anxiety but am still feeling very tired no appetite dry mouth and no interest in anything as have no energy. Still get anxious and depressed. I had a sore throat/ cold virus when I started taking the tablet and don’t seem to have got over the fatigue so wondering if it is post viral fatigue as got m.e when I was 30 which is nearly 18 years ago. Have been on and off the sertraline many times over the years

I see that you are on sertraline...optimising medication will require detail assessment..so you can consult online via practo or pls visit your psychiatrist for further management..
