Anxiety Depression
I have started Fluoexetine 20 in the morning and Amixide one tablet at night for my chronic anxiety, stress and depression. After two days I feel better but there is sexual problem(low libido). I want to change Fluoexetine to  Vortioxetine for sexual problem. Please suggest that I have to ignore this side effect or change the medicine.

If you continue to face problem with your libido then you should consult your psychiatrist and ask for change. However you can try and wait for 2-3 weeks before changing the medication as just two days is not enough to have evidence for both it's positive and negative effects.
