The current combination of amitriptyline, propranolol, and flunarizine being used for the management of anxiety does not appear to be yielding adequate relief and hence the residual symptoms are persistent. Based on clinical guidelines and best practices, this regimen isn’t an optimal approach for treating anxiety disorders. A detailed reassessment of your history, including the duration and severity of symptoms, comorbid conditions, and previous treatment responses, is essential. Following this evaluation, a modification in the treatment plan is strongly recommended to align with evidence-based practices for anxiety management and other comorbid condition if any.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for complete resolution of the symptoms.
Health Tips

Hello.. You need to consult psychiatrist to review your medicine again.. And you should start practising relaxation techniques to decrease frequency and intensity of panic attacks along with identifying triggers and working on it through cognitive behaviour therapy.. It will be better if you take both medicine and psychotherapy together to solve this problem rapidly and more effective way..
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrist for CBT and medicine.. you can do that online or offline whatever convenient to you..
