I think I have generalize anxiety disorder.I get easily anxious.Im taking a ssri medicine called as Stapolam 5. Is it good?

Yes it is a good a lot of medicine and you should start with that you should give it some time. Airtel effective but you need to trust on the medicine and trust on your doctor and also you will have to put in your own efforts. Only taking medicine will not help you will have to overcome all your anxiety and fear. Also I would advise you to engage in yourself into some hobby which will keep you distracted and busy so that useless thoughts will not come into your mind.
