I am an engineer working in Saudi Arabia. I am suffering from anxiety/fear almost all the time from morning wake up till night. I couldn't stop it even I tried. I have lost my concentration / focus and no Interest in any thing. Always my head blasting and no peace of mind at all. I am too much afraid to do any action and seems very hard to make decisions. Also I put the things and forget it like key etc. At all no confidence in doing the work and feeling scarry. Always comes negative thoughts no any positive energy releases.

you dint mention since how long you are having these symptoms, anxiety all the time is very unusual, its seems you might be having some significant illness for which you need medicines & other behavioral interventions.

Hello, Depression symptoms include feeling low all the time, loss of interest in previous pleasurable activity, crying spells, feeling lonely, difficulty in concentration, sleep disturbance, low in energy, tiredness, loss of confidence, hopeless, helpless, worthless feeling and sometime even suicidal ideas persistently over a period of time. Few of them or all can be present at a time. Anxiety is usually comorbid with depression. Symptoms worsens with time so its advisable to take help from mental health professionals as early as possible.

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. I feel your symptoms are mild and it usually happens in anxiety. Will you explain little about your work pattern. Your symptoms can be managed well with medication and yoga n exercise. Start T. Nexito plus 1/2 tab for 6 days then 1 tab for 1 month. Then switch to plain Nexito 10 once daily at night. Definitely you will response good to this.

It seems to be symptoms of depression. Need more probing Don't worry whatever it is.
