Hello Doctor, I ve been under severe anxiety, during this time mostly at night my body temperature rises at 99.0° C to 99.5° C and falls back to normal after some time when i was relieved, and i ve been facing gastric problems, heart palpitations and headaches when i was anxious, is this psychogenic fever related to anxiety, is this normal for someone who is at stress, Please reply Doctor and Thank you.

Yes it happens in anxiety and episodes of panic but good news is you can control
First try and figure out the trgiggers that's causing anxiety. What are the negative thoughts like?
