Hello ma'am. What you are having is very much treatable with combination of medicine and therapy , so you should not worry about it. But there are a few questions that need to be answered- How long have you been having these thoughts ? Did something stressful happen after which these thoughts started ? Does anyone else in your family have similar problem ? Are these your own thoughts or do you sometimes feel that someone might be playing with your mind ? Do you do weed or any other drugs ? Are you sleeping good ?
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist in person or online as soon as possible and you'll be started on medicines which will help in the symptoms you have mentioned.

Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite distressing for you. Repetitive, ruminitive thoughts can occur in various mental health problems like depression, obsessive compulsive disorder or other anxiety disorder. Is good that you are able to recognize that this is a problem and you need help. Try doing yoga and meditation to calm your mind.seek professional help to understand what is causing these symptoms.treatment depends on the outcome of assessment and usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support. See a psychiatrist for further evaluation. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
