I've been feeling anxious and heavy with suicidal tendency. I can't sleep well or even talk to anyone for that matter. I'm living in solitude and I don't want that. I don't want to be left alone.

Unresolved negative life event, early childhood experiences, stress are some of the contributing factors to anxiety.It might interfere with adequate functioning of an individual leading to social withdrawal, reduced interest to talk with others, sleep disturbances and other aspects of daily living.
You could consult a clinical psychologist who would try to explore anxiety symptoms and guide you better in the management of the same.
