Anxiety issues sometimes
I am a healthy and confident person and good self esteem..I keep myself in present moment..and live the present moment without worrying about past and future. Sometime I become over anxious. What to do?

Hi if you don't take me wrong ....u need not take any medicines for this...just start doing yoga and meditation.. Make it a habit Even breathing exercises Proper rest and sleep
