Hello,
The root cause of OCD is anxiety itself. So all we need to do is keep the anxiety at bay. Consult a psychotherapist so he/she can guide her how to keep a tab on anxiety. There could also be underlying negative thoughts about the self and future that may be heightening the anxiety. All of these can be explored in a counselling session.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychotherapist/ counselling psychologist
Health Tips
Adding breathing exercises, and other physical exercises like brisk walking/ yoga/ Zumba to the daily routine would also really help.
