Anxiety pangs happening
For the last couple of days I am having some anxiety pangs . Recently I read about a girl who had took her life dealing with depression,and I don't know a couple of days after reading I developed this anxiety pangs. Along with that I am having a feeling of nausea as well and I had been having unhealthy fast foods for the last couple of days . Kindly suggest .

You can do early morning jogging for 15 mins daily Along with you can do meditation/yoga/pranayam,whichever suits you You can avoid junk food and take healthy diet Apart from that you can do deep breathing,when you have overthinking You can also do reverse counting like 100,99,98,97... Hi If your anxiety features persists for more than 2 weeks to 2 months, Then you can consult a psychologist for further evaluation
