Anxiety problem
Felling like having all the major disease that i here..problem started when i came to know thar one of my senior had breast cancer after that slight discomfort leads to disease..search on goggle about the symptoms and all symptoms leads to chronic illness.and fear is not for disease fear is how my family goo a pay for it..history of one accident after that fear of travellig before travelling thoughts had come like what happen if vehicle meet an accident always bad thoughts...what should i have to do for it.

Symptoms depict anxiety which is manageable. Anxiety is irrational fear and when fear starts interfering daily routine and our functionality, it needs attention. Many times professional help from a trained psychotherapist or counselling psychologist can help overcome it. When it becomes unmanageable through counselling and therapy, psychotropic intervention by a psychiatrist is needed.

Hi It looks like you have some OC symptoms (predominantly obsessions) with all negative thinking, u need medicine as well as other behavioral interventions.

You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis to help you with the negative thoughts. Try and maintain a thought diary in which you can mention all the positive things which happen during the day . Go for regular exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
