From last 3 years life has been very tough, i have gone through alot, in between i developed anxiety issues, & i overthink very much. whenever i feel little anxious I can't eat, can't breath, can't sleep, can't focus, feel like throwing up. i have been fighting my suicidal thoughts from 2 years. Sometimes it gets better but sometimes i lose my self completely. Due to stress I have lost weight, and now I'm insecure about my body and comments anyone passes so i have completely stopped going out, socialising, i don't even step out of my room. Most of the time on my bed, I've become lazy, it's difficult to do even basic human things for me i.e taking bath, changing clothes, brushing hair etc.
At this moment i should be focusing on my career but I'm completely drained, I'm too sensitive and emotional that i have to go through breakdowns any point of the day. I lay on the bathroom floor and helplessly cry.
What should i do?What kind of symptoms these are? Help me to because I'm dying inside
