Everyday morning I have stomach upset, not really loose motions but I feel the urge to go atleast twice or thrice to washroom before I leave for office. I had panic attack in June 2018 which took a month to diagnose, since then I'm on medication Panazep LS everynight.
My father is not supportive and I would like to quit my job unable to handle the stress.
Also worry of having another Panic attack is harming my performance at office. I'm really not sure how to deal with all this
