Hi, I am a healthy male who works out everyday without fail, till date I do not have any health issues. I am into real-estate business, from past two years I face a lot of problems related to land/competition/jealousy etc.. I normally try to ignore them and move on by taking necessary legal action but I am feeling anxious all the time, no peace of mind, I am not able to get sleep at nights since my mind keeps thinking of whatever the problems that are going on, how much ever I try my mind is not getting relaxed. I am scared that I might develop high BP and Diabetes due to this abnormal condition of mine. Is there a solution for this problem?How to overcome Anxiousness?? Please guide...
