Are multivitamins needed?
I am 27 years old female. Should I be taking multivitamins regularly as a routine to improve immunity and stay healthy? I have never taken it before.

You can, but they are for temporary supplementation.  As far as you can eat properly and exercise,  nothing can beat a naturally healthy diet. Every medication has an adverse profile.
