Are nightfalls unavoidable???
I am a spiritually inclined person who has almost no sexual thoughts and desires. I keep myself engaged in devotional practice. No question arises of watching pornography or other erotic stuff. I am single and do not have any sexual relationships, nor do I masturbate. But at times, I get erotic dreams and find myself ejaculating and wake up with a mess in my underwear. It makes me feel guilty and haunts me. Is it an unavoidable phenomenon or can be avoided? Is it something to feel guilty about?

Nigh fall is a natural process, nothing to be guilty about. Semen production goes on for 24 hours in testis. It gets stored in seminal vesicles. Now time comes when its storage capacity runs out. Due to excessive pressure inside, semen starts overflowing through nightfalls. It can be avoided by masturbation in ur case.
