I have some symptoms(which I am describing)is feeling nervous to me.Can you explain what type of disease it is or it really cancer

2.dizziness
3.tingling of hand and leg
4.teeth gum problem
5.plusatie tinnitus
6.uncontrolled jerk in the body

This symptoms doesn't seem like cancer symptoms but show to neurologist around for headache and uncontrolled jerks.
Next Steps
Mri/ct scan of brain might be needed to rule out.
