Greetings. Hyperhidrosis could mostly a constitutional issue in some and rarely due to thyroid dysfunction - worth checking if you have never got it tested. Treatment options depend on severity - including daily application of lotions/ oral medications/ Botox injections. Discuss these with your dermatologist
