Can i use ashwagandha tablets alongwith my regular allopathic BP medicine. My BP in control. Kindly suggest whether I should take the same Or not. Also advice whether ashwagandha causes gastric issues.

Yes you can take Ashwagandha tablet with your antihypertensive medicines with a difference of 1/2 to 1 hour. If your digestion is good it doesn't cause gas trouble
