Astigmatism(Real suffering)
I have a cylindrical power of around -3.5D,and I constantly suffer from eye strain and headache ,and I am IT guy ,I need to work in front of the monitor but when light falls in my eye it creates strain and headache and I wear glasses still I face this issue,Can anyone suggest me what could be other alternatives?

A.cold compresses
B use antiglare glasses
C blink a lot
D use lubricating eyedrop frequently like carboxymethylcellulose
