  4. Atrial fibrillation. Someone help me!

I have an normal ecg without atrial fibrillation But i have a feeling of heart palpatation daily Especially when standing up My chest muscle twingles But nothing abnormal found on ecg I been diagnosed with mvp with mild eccentric regurgitation I dont know whether this causing these heart palpatation Can someone help me
