Autism disorders
My first child is suffering from Autism mild to moderate. We are planning for second child but some doctor advised that second child may also be autistic. Is true, If yes , what alternates are available.

Yes its true. Ideally you should get genetic counseling  done. Usually advised by pediatrician. Very few labs do the genetic testing.
