Autoimmune or not? No family history
It started with sore throat and devoleped acidic burps reflux with headache and urinary problem then lower back pain and abdominal pain in upper left and right area then jaw pain with poping when open and chest bone pain. My GP told me to take arthritis panel test. ct of kidney and throat is fine. endoscopy is fine.Mri shows little buldge in upper back. Symptoms that are currently present 1.Throat pain if I speak for a long time. 2. pain in the chest bone 3.  Sharp abdominal pain in the upper right and left. The same in the rear as well.4.Nerve discomfort in the right thigh.5.Stool with blood (4 times so far). 6.lot of burping, some of it is acidic and the throat look like scratched meat and have red bumbs(throat swab and ESR is negative).7.I've have urinary issue such as not feeling my bladder empty after peeing.my bladder empty after. 8.lower back pain(RA fac is negative). 9.jaw poping sound when opening jaw  10.When I take a deep inhale, I hear a click sound in chest. Confused...
