Hi this is Dr.Rajesh.
U have got advanced AVN on your Rt hip which mandates for Surgery-Replacement is the only option which works best at this stage.
But it has to be decided by u -if u don't have pain then better to wait ,if your routine is getting restricted better to do surgery.
Before surgery,we have to get Mri to check for the status of other hip joint..
Next Steps
consultation
Health Tips
Avoid impacting activities/sitting on floor.

The femoral head has collapsed, you have probably walked over this hip quiet a lot, in turn neglected and complicated the further.
The hip is not salvageable now, you need a Total Hip Replacement as Hip saving surgeries will be of no use here instead you will loose money like water
Best for you is a uncemented Total Hip Replacement
Next Steps
Consult online /physically for planning further management
Health Tips
Hip salvage is possible when femoral head has not collapsed or collapse is early.
Head is damaged .
But if u are able to bear pain . You can postpone Surgery as much you tolerate it.
Because you look to be so young 30 year for replacement surgery.
Your joint is completely destroyed I would advise mri of opposite side to check the Avn status
Replacement is the ultimate answer
But chances of opposite side Avn has to be ruled out
