Awkwardly winged shoulder blades and lum
My serratus anterior and rhmboid seems to be strong but still my shoulder blades are winged. I also have lumber lordosis and forwared shoulder. I'm not sure if shoulder blades came out of it's position due to anterior pelvic tilt. Any help will be appreciated.

From your question I clearly understand that you are a Gym Guy. Winging purely happens because of Serratus weakness. There's no way you could have strong serratus & still have winging. The stuff which you find in youtube about activating Serratus is mostly wrong. Anterior pelvic tilt & rounded shoulders do not effect winging. Have you seen UFC Guys? Most of them have Pelvic tilt & rounded shoulders but very few have winging. If there is no neurological involvement ( sometimes it can happen), then you can improve provided you activate the Serratus in a sequence. If you directly switch to advanced stuff of activating Serratus,  it will fail. BTW, Rhomboids do not cause winging no matter how strong or weak they might be. Meet a good physio who can fix this!
